The place where I grew up.I've traveled to many places and I am still amazed that when someone asks me where I'm from, they know exactly where Mystic, CT is.
Mystic is a small town located in SE CT, right on the Atlantic.
It used to be a fishing town - which is evident from all the widows peaks on top of some of the older houses.
This particular location is Beebe's Cove which is less than 1/2 mile from my house. (.32 to be exact). I've never actually been in this body of water, but every time I come back from school I've been greeted by the sailboats on the other side of the railroad tracks. It's a little reminder that - I'm home.
